SoraVDL is an intermediary tool. We do not host or store videos; we provide utilities that allow users to retrieve publicly accessible content from third‑party platforms using links they supply.

3. How to File a DMCA Takedown Request

Your DMCA notice must include the following information (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

4. Counter‑Notification Process

If your material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter‑notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512(g). Your counter‑notice must include: (a) your signature; (b) identification of the removed material and its prior location; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification; (d) your name, address, and telephone number; and (e) a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and accepting service of process from the original complainant.

5. Removal and Restoration Procedures

• Upon receipt of a valid takedown notice, SoraVDL will remove or disable access to the identified material or links within a reasonable period.
• We may notify the user who submitted the link about the removal where feasible.
• If a valid counter‑notice is received, we may restore access to the material in accordance with the DMCA timeline, unless the complaining party informs us that legal action has been filed.

6. Disclaimer

SoraVDL operates as a technical intermediary. We do not control or host content on third‑party platforms and cannot remove material directly from those services. Copyright owners should also contact the hosting provider or platform where the content is stored to request removal at the source.
