8. Prohibited Activities

9. No Hosting & Data Processing

10. Third‑Party Platforms & APIs

Functionality may rely on external provider endpoints. Availability, format changes, or rate limiting by those platforms can affect results. We do not control or guarantee third‑party uptime, legality, or data accuracy.

11. Compliance Commitments

SoraVDL endeavors to align with international copyright law (Berne Convention, TRIPS, WIPO treaties), DMCA principles, and Google Play Developer Policy guidelines when applicable. Nothing in these Terms should be construed as encouraging infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties (express or implied) including merchantability, fitness, or non‑infringement. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SoraVDL, its operators, affiliates, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your misuse of the Service; (b) violation of these Terms; (c) infringement of any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) disputes regarding Content you chose to download.

14. Service Modifications & Availability
